Coaching has been transformative in my life. Having a partner to be my mirror in helping me see what I'm not seeing, good or bad, has served me immensely.

As a coach, I aim to be that mirror for my clients. To help you see the stories you tell yourself that can trip you up. To help you get comfortable with looking at the darker parts of yourself without judgement. To cultivate compassion for yourself and for others. To take the reigns of where you put your energy and your power in your life, and ultimately, to support you in creating the life you would love.
